the Sessions
All sessions will included high-resolution files and a print release. All session fees are all-inclusive and there are no print purchase requirements that need to be made. In accordance with Kentucky State Sales tax law, there will be a 6% sales tax added to all photography services, which includes sessions fees and all digital images.
Professional prints are available and can be purchased once you receive your gallery.
Simple Milestone Session – $475
- 30 minute studio or outdoor session for maternity, child or family (older than newborn)
- 30-35 high resolution images via digital download
Family Session- $600
- 60-90 min outdoor session with family
- 60+ high resolution images via digital download
5 people included in family session fee ($15.00 for each additional person)
Policies:
I promise that you will be in love with the images that I create for you. I will do anything I can to help you make the most of your experience with Amanda Graves Photography. A non-refundable payment of the session fee price is due the time of booking to schedule your session. All weather-related cancellations will be automatically rebooked. Within approximately 3 weeks from your session, you will have a password-protected gallery available online of the best edited images. They will be viewable for proofing and purchasing prints. Feel free to share the gallery and password with friends and family. This gallery will remain online for 2 weeks and all orders must be placed within this time frame. I will reload your gallery for an additional 3 days for a $25 fee.
Print orders will be processed after your payment is received, and will take approximately 2 weeks. Canvas prints and specialty items may take longer. Gift cards are for use in the online print shop.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. In accordance with Kentucky State Tax Law, there will be a 6% sales tax added to all photography services, which include session fees and digital images. Session fees do not include any charges specific to the location you may choose (i.e. entrance fees) I accept payment by cash, check, credit card, debit card.There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Prices of session fees are subject to change at any time, but will be locked in once you book your session.
